Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Support Specialist to join our team. As an Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and assisting them with their WordPress projects. Your expertise in project management, WordPress theming, plugin configuration, and strong communication skills will be key in ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage and support client accounts, acting as the main point of contact for their WordPress projects.
Utilize your project management skills to oversee and coordinate the execution of WordPress projects from start to finish.
Apply your proficiency in WordPress theming to customize and enhance the appearance of client websites.
Configure WordPress plugins to meet client requirements and troubleshoot any related issues.
Utilize a project management system to track project progress, manage tasks, and communicate updates to clients and internal teams.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills by effectively conveying technical information to clients and internal stakeholders.
Conduct research to identify and recommend appropriate tools and options for WordPress, ensuring optimal website functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and meet client expectations.
Provide basic understanding of DNS configuration to clients and assist with related queries.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in project management, ideally in a web development or agency environment.
Proficient in WordPress theming and working knowledge of WordPress plugin configuration.
Familiarity with using a project management system to manage tasks and track project progress.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Relevant work experience will also be considered.
Demonstrated ability to research and evaluate available tools and options for WordPress.
Basic understanding of DNS configuration and its role in website management.
